About the service

Surplus Toner Inc. (“we”, “us”) buys surplus, genuine OEM ink and toner cartridges from businesses and individuals. The site lets you tell us what you have and request a quote. We may also sell printer supplies on request.

Quotes

A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us — brand, part number, quantity and condition. It is not a binding offer to buy.

Our final offer is made after we receive and inspect the items. If the items differ from what was described (for example, they are not genuine OEM, the packaging is opened or damaged, or the quantity is different), we may revise the offer or decline some or all of the items. You can accept the revised offer or have the items returned to you at your cost.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise.

What you confirm when you sell to us

You own the items or are authorised to sell them, and no one else has a claim on them.

The items are genuine, unused OEM cartridges, described accurately, and were obtained lawfully.

You are at least 18 years old and, if you are acting for a business, you are authorised to act on its behalf.

Shipping, pickup and payment

Once you accept a quote we will agree shipping or pickup arrangements with you in writing. Unless we agree otherwise, the items remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Payment is made after inspection, by the method agreed with you. We aim to pay promptly once the items are checked.

Using the site

You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use automated tools to submit forms or extract content.

The site and its content belong to Surplus Toner Inc. and may not be copied or reused without our permission, except for your own reference.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any quote will be accepted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from a quote. Our total liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the amount we agreed to pay for the items in that transaction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey.
